Hal Yang Perlu Diperhatikan Pada Active Voice dan Passive Voice

STUDY CLUB ENGLISH - Apabila kalimat ACTIVE yang mempunyai dua penderita (obyek) maka kalimat PASSIVE nya boleh dua kali.

Contoh kalimat :
AV : 1. I give him a book (Saya memberi dia sebuah buku)
PV : a. A book is given to him by me (Sebuah buku diberikan kepada dia oleh saya)
        b. He is given a book by me (Dia diberi sebuah buku oleh saya)

AV : 2. He will buy a pen to his sister tomorrow
            (Dia akan membeli sebuah pulpen untuk adiknya besok)
PV : a. A pen will be bought to his sister by him tomorrow
           (Sebuah pulpen akan dibeli untuk adiknya oleh dia besok)
        b. His sister will be bought a pen by him tomorrow
           (Adiknya akan dibelikan sebuah pulpen oleh dia besok)


Apabila kalimat pasif dalam bentuk negative pada pernyataan panjang.

Contoh kalimat :
1. He want to be met by me today
    (Dia ingin dijumpai oleh saya hari ini)
2. I wish to be accompanied her to the movie
   (Saya  suka ditemani dia melihat film)
3. They ask to be supported
    (Mereka meminta untuk dibantu)


Apabila TO BE (Am, Is, Are) datang sebuah kata : can, may, must, shall, will, do, does akan menjadi BE.

Contoh kalimat :
AV : 1. He did not permit us to enter his office before ten o'clock this morning

PV : a. We were not permited to enter his office before ten o'clock this morning
            (Kami tidak diijinkan untuk memasuki kantornya sebelum pukul sepuluh pagi hari)
        b. His office were not permited to us to be entered before ten o'clock this morning by him
            (Kantornya tidak diijinkan untuk kami dimasuki sebelum pukul sepuluh pagi ini oleh dia)

AV : 2. You cant not learn a foreigner language when you do not pay attention to the pronounciation
PV : A foreigner language can not be learned by you, when attention to the pronounciation does not be paid (Bahasa asing tidak dapat dipelajari oleh kamu, bilamana perhatian terhadap ucapan tidak diberikan)
